Intimate Elopement in Couple’s House | Charlotte, NC Courthouse Wedding in Mecklenburg County

Elopements fill my heart with so much joy for what I do and Stephanie and Kale’s was one for the books. We started the day in their personal home getting ready, exchanging vows, and fitting in a little snuggle time with their pups before we headed out in Kale’s FJ Cruiser to their courthouse ceremony in Uptown Charlotte. While the courthouse was the strictest on their photo policy (literally wouldn’t even let us take an iPhone pic - let alone my professional gear) we still had the sweetest time hopping around the downtown snapping pics before and after their civil ceremony.

Their reception hosted at HopFly Brewery was the perfect space for an intimate first dance and kind words shared by their family and friendsd.
